Safe Sport

Safe sport is an initiative to recognize, reduce and respond to misconduct in sport.  Lise Maclean began as one of the pioneers of safe sport for Swimming Canada in 2013.   She is currently a member of the Sports Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) Investigation Unit and the independent safe sport officer for  Artistic Swimming Canada, Badminton Canada, Curling Canada, Swimming Canada, and Water Polo Canada. 

Wiser Workplaces conducts investigations into sports-related harassment, abuse, discrimination and bullying.  We also provide safe sport training and participate in sports disciplinary panels.
